The Challenge
Airborne Studio was commissioned by Learnd to rebuild their UK and Ireland websites in a way which supported their powerful vision. Learnd are way ahead of the curve in terms of innovation, but their existing websites didn’t reflect that.
The websites needed to have a cohesive message, inspire change in their client base, and help them on their way to the company’s public listing.
The Process
I led the UX design for this project as part of the Airborne team, collaborating closely with the client to align the experience with the needs of their distinct user personas.
A primary focus was ensuring that key messages were communicated clearly and effectively across the new site. Given Learnd’s broad range of services and their complex Building Management System platform, careful mapping and structuring of the user journey were essential.
This involved a range of UX activities, including UX Content Writing and Editing, to create a cohesive and intuitive experience that supports both technical and non-technical users.
The Result
The outcome serves as a powerful digital window into the company, effectively communicating their forward-thinking approach and commitment to innovation. The redesigned user experience is both intuitive and engaging, carefully tailored to meet the needs of diverse user groups. This clarity and ease of navigation have not only enhanced user satisfaction but also played a strategic role in attracting new clients and supporting successful business acquisitions. Overall, the platform now acts as both a reflection of the company’s values and a driver of its ongoing growth.
